All of our orders are carefully packaged in order to guard against damage. Rolled posters are shipped in heavy duty cardboard mailing tubes. Folded posters are packaged in heavy-duty reinforced Bubble Wrap envelopes. If your order contains multiple items that can be carefully packaged in the same package, then we will do so to keep shipping costs minimal. We take every precaution that all of our products are packaged in a way that ensures they arrive to you undamaged and in good condition.
Shipping & Handling Costs
Graphic Expectations offers a variety of shipping options. Graphic Expectations ships via UPS and USPS. Your shipment will be completely trackable and insured against damage.
For up to ten items in a single package (Shipping costs for over ten items is $1.00 each), shipping costs are as follows:
Continental United States and Canada:
3-5 business days - via UPS Ground delivery or via USPS - $9.50 (trackable with insurance)
3 business days - via UPS 3 Day Select delivery - $12.75 (trackable with insurance)
2 business days - via UPS 2nd Day Air delivery - $19.25 (trackable with insurance)
Next business day - via UPS Next Day Air - $39.75 (trackable with insurance)
Alaska and Hawaii:
3-5 business days - via USPS - $6.75 (trackable with insurance)
2 business days - via UPS 2nd Day Air delivery - $19.25 (trackable with insurance)
International:
3-7 business days - via USPS World Wide Express delivery - $35.00 (trackable with insurance)
2-6 weeks - via USPS Air Parcel Post - $18.75 (untrackable and uninsured)
Taxes and Duties
Orders placed by Illinois residents will be charged 8.75% sales tax.
International orders are subject to potential duties, customs charges and taxes levied by local governments, such as the VAT. International customers are responsible for these charges.
Payment Methods
Online orders can be paid for with: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover or check/money order.
Offline orders can also be placed. Payment options include major credit cards by telephone, or by check or money order.
Return Policy
Graphic Expectations guarantees customer satisfaction! We take precautions against your order being damaged during shipping by carefully packaging all orders. If you do receive a package that has been damaged during shipping, please notify us within 5 days of receiving the package.
If you are in any way unsatisfied with the items you have received from Graphic Expectations, please contact our customer service department within 10 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to assist you.
Graphic Expectations will credit you for all products returned to us in re-saleable condition. Please note that we will not refund shipping costs unless there has been an error on our part. Please contact our customer service staff before sending back any items.
